Refund Policy

If you need to reschedule your Temecula escape room experience, please contact us directly by phone or email. You can reschedule your reserved escape room with a $5 per person rescheduling fee if you contact us 24 hours before your booked time. If a booking needs to be rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time, there will be a $10 per person rescheduling fee. Bookings can only be rescheduled one time, after that there are no changes to a scheduled time.

If you need to cancel and do not wish to reschedule, you must cancel your adventure no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. NO REFUNDS will be given within 72 hours of a scheduled booking time. All refunds will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee. Refunds WILL NOT include the booking service fee. All refunds will be based on the original booking date and time.

If Get a Clue Room Escape needs to cancel your reservation, we will only do so due to some unforeseen circumstance. If this happens, we will make every effort to contact you ahead of time using the contact information in which you provided when you booked your reservation. If, in fact, we are unable to provide you with the experience you booked, we will give you a full refund to the credit card that your reservation was charged on.
