Your entire experience will normally take one and a half hours. The game itself can last up to 60 minutes. We will give you a briefing before your game starts, and after the game ends a quick debriefing with photo opp.
We have ample parking. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your game time starts. This allows us to review simple rules of the game, waivers and last minute bathroom needs. Your adventure starts promptly on your scheduled time.  There are no refunds for late arrivals and no shows.
You have a choice! Book the whole room and it’s yours. Alternatively, other players will have the opportunity to join the game (6 years of age and older). Just click the “info” button when you are booking to check which experience you are booking.
You may leave the room at any time, how ever you may not be allowed to return to the game once exiting the room. No Refunds or Rescheduling will be allowed
Your group will be assigned a personal Game Master.  Hints are provided with the unanimous vote of your group.
Yes you can! You’ll need to contact us directly to be able to advise on what is best for your group, and we can make other times of day that can accommodate your groups needs.
Anyone can play our games in groups of 2-6/8 players. We recommend that children under the ages of 6 do not play as they might not understand the games, groups wanting to bring children 5 and under need to arrange a private room. Participants 11 and under must have a adult in the room with them. Players 12 to 14 must have a adult on site, the entire time of the activity. Participants under 18 years of age, must have a waiver signed by a parent or a legal guardian at the time of their experience.
No special skills or knowledge are required to play the games, being a team player will be your best tool.

Refund Policy

If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly. You can reschedule with a 5 dollar per person rescheduling fee, before 24 hours of your booked time. If a booking needs to be rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time there will be a 10 dollars per person rescheduling fee. Bookings can only be rescheduled once, after that there is no changes to a scheduled time. 

If you need to cancel and do not want to reschedule, you must cancel the adventure no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time, NO REFUNDS  will be given within 72 hours of a scheduled booking time. All refunds will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee. Refunds WILL NOT  include the booking service fee. All refunding will be based on the original booking date and time.

If Get a Clue Room Escape needs to cancel, We will only cancel your reservation due to some unforeseen circumstance. If this happens, we will make every effort to contact you ahead of time with the contact information you provided at the time you booked your reservation. If, in fact, we are unable to provide you with the experience you booked, we will give you a full refund back to the credit card it was charged on.
